Announcing open enrollment for the Ellis County Amateur Radio Club (ECARC) "2025 Spring Amateur Radio Technician Class License Course" for 8 Saturday's, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM, April 19th to June 7th. This entry level licensing course will help any interested person pass the FCC license exam to operate their own amateur radio station (and Morse code is currently NOT a requirement).
