Another successful support operation for the Tour d' Italia is in the books. The management team was in action at 6:30 AM and the SAG meeting started at 7:00 AM. Fourteen SAG teams and three Rovers then proceeded to thier assigned posts. Operations secured at 2 PM. The usual exausted riders were transported back to the Start line. Several equipment failure transports were also accomplished. The only major mishap was a multiple bike crash at Irene but no one was seriously injured. Additional details will be posted here as reports are collected.
