This course consists of instruction based on a course textbook and homework for 8 Tuesday evenings, from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, September 24th to November 12th. We use an online virtual classroom, so a computer or smart phone with Internet connectivity is required. You will be required to complete homework assignments consisting of reading, videos, studying, & practice tests. The only cost for this course is the textbook. If you decide you want to take the test to get your amateur radio station/operator FCC license, each test will be $14 to $15 to cover administrative costs and you may take the test more than once (with each test containing a different set of questions). There is also an FCC fee of $35 for a new FCC license.
