This is a very good article by John - 2E1HEL describing how to set up the Yaesu FTdx1-1D/MP and the FTDX10 for radio teletype operation.

It connects to the Silicon Labs Standard COM port allowing for your logging program to be connected to the ehhanced COMM port.

The instructions use the hamsoft.ca MMTTY program foe the interface.
